Farmers Lane Extension Land Surveying - Santa Rosa
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained to provide Land Surveying Services associated with a Route Study and Phased Design for an Arterial Roadway. This approximately 2-mile segment runs from Farmers Lane at Bennett Valley Road to Petaluma Hill Road at the intersection of Yolanda Avenue located in Southeast Santa Rosa. Carlenzoli and Associates involvement includes providing the field surveying necessary to develop a final plan line with horizontal and vertical control. The services included researching public records and review of preliminary title reports, relevant deeds, easements and record maps. Existing property corner monumentation, photo panel points and City of Santa Rosa survey control were located and tied together using global positioning and traditional land surveying methods.
The final product will be a completed boundary analysis, preparation of a Record of Survey and processing through Sonoma County map checking and recording process. We are also preparing Legal Descriptions and Exhibits for right-of-way acquisition by the City of Santa Rosa.
Montgomery High School Athletic Fields - Construction Staking - Santa Rosa
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained by North Bay Construction, of Petaluma, to provide Construction Staking for a major modernization of the Montgomery High School Athletic Fields.
Carlenzoli and Associates provided the field surveying associated with setting and maintaining horizontal and vertical control for the overall site of approximately 22 acres. We provided alignment and grade stakes for the construction of new athletic facilities including baseball and softball fields, soccer fields, synthetic track and field, shot put, long jump, high jump, pole vault and discus areas, sports spectator bleachers and concessions facilities.
Geysers Recharge Project - City of Santa Rosa
Carlenzoli and Associates provided Land Surveying Services associated with the design and construction of a 34-mile pipeline beginning at the Santa Rosa Regional Wastewater Plant to the Geysers Geothermal fields near upper Pine Flat Road above Alexander Valley. Carlenzoli and Associates involvement included providing the field surveying necessary to develop a final plan line with horizontal and vertical control between State Highway 128 (lower Pine Flat Road) to the terminus of the pipeline before it enters the Geysers Steam fields.
Carlenzoli and Associates also completed Construction Staking services between State Highway 128 to the terminus of the pipeline before it enters the Geysers Steam fields (approximately 14 miles).
Cathedral Hill Plaza ALTA - San Francisco
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained by Cathedral Hill Associates to provide Land-Surveying services associated with preparing an A.L.T.A. Survey at the Cathedral Hill Plaza in San Francisco. Carlenzoli and Associates performed a preliminary site inspection and reconnaissance for controlling boundary monumentation and conducted research of publicly available records affecting boundary, title and zoning issues. Additionally, we reviewed a preliminary title report and related documents (Deeds, Covenants, Agreements, etc.) of record. Once the research was completed, Carlenzoli and Associates performed a field survey and detailed site inspection as necessary to be in accordance with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and Accuracy Standard for A.L.T.A./A.C.S.M. Land Title Surveys as adopted by the A.L.T.A., A.C.S.M. and N.S.P.S. in 1999.
With the research and survey completed, we prepared and certified the A.L.T.A. Survey Plat in conformance with the requirements noted above.
Cedar Grove Park Topographic Design Survey - City of Petaluma
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained by Work Force Housing Associates to provide Topographic Design Surveys on 7.4 acres of property in Petaluma, California. Cedar Grove Park will be a residential neighborhood of approximately 100 homes. The project runs alongside the Petaluma River and is less than one-half mile from historic downtown Petaluma.
Carlenzoli and Associates has completed a topographic map and preliminary boundary analysis. We have begun to provide comprehensive planning assistance associated with obtaining environmental clearances prior to a formal subdivision application. We have assisted in evaluating development impacts on the trees, studied alternative site layouts based on anticipated circulation and access and have assessed the 100-year flood impact.
Jack London Elementary School - Construction Staking - Santa Rosa
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained by Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc., of Santa Rosa, to provide Construction Staking for the Jack London Elementary School in Northwest Santa Rosa.
Carlenzoli and Associates provided the field surveying associated with setting and maintaining horizontal and vertical control for the overall site of approximately 12 acres. We provided alignment and grade stakes for the construction of all the on-site improvements including the grading and drainage, sewer, water, storm drain, flatwork, buildings, lighting and sports fields.
Carlenzoli and Associates also provided final certification letters to the City of Santa Rosa documenting that the grading and drainage improvements were constructed within the tolerances prescribed in the project construction documents.
Big Rock Ranch - Lucas Films - Construction Staking - Marin County
Carlenzoli and Associates was retained by both Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. and Ghilotti Construction, on behalf of Lucas Films, to provide construction staking for a major expansion project on the Lucas Films Campus in Northern Marin County. Carlenzoli and Associates provided the field surveying associated with setting and maintaining horizontal and vertical control for the overall site of approximately 100 acres. We provided alignment and grade stakes for the grading of nearly 1,000,000 yards of dirt, geothermal and septic fields, over 5 structures including a reservoir, underground parking structure retaining walls and related hardscape.
Carlenzoli and Associates also provided supplemental aerial topographic mapping for quantity verification and additional design.
